yoox.com/Interni's first stroll around the Milan Fuori Salone 2013 started as usual in the Artemide Showroom.

We were welcomed by the sweet light released from Empatia, the new floor/table/wall lamp designed by Carlotta de Bevilacqua.

It is a blown glass bubble with a satinized end, that makes the Led light appear less aggressive.

Just in front of the showroom is Sawaya& Moroni, showcasing the bright colors of William Sawya's chair Vika .

Another creation by William towered over the room, his Olga armchair with lignee volutes.

This was followed by an exploration of the world of Gessi, a three-floored showroom entirely dedicated to bathroom accessories with an elegant cafeteria.

In Via Fogazzaro Rem Koolhaas was in Prada's showroom, where he explained the prototypes of the new collection of chairs and furniture by Knoll.

Whilst at Hermès, Philippe Nigro's accessories in wood and leather proved to be greatly sophisticated.

In the Triennale, "La sindrome dell'influenza" (The Syndrome of Influence) curated by Pierluigi Nicolin tells the metaphor of Italian design which, as stated by Matali Crasset, is a benchmark for the rest of the world.

The Belgian designers group exhibition showed a fully furnished house and exhibited designers' tools on a shelf which ran all along the walls.

Danish Chromatism showed us an unreleased monochromatic image of Danish design, while Korea illustrated the contemporary mood of its traditional manufacturing with the show "Constance and Change".

The showroom Cassina in Via Durini was filled with Karl Lagerfield's black and white pictures, while Via Pontaccio's Foscarini opened a new showroom with the light box sculpture "Seme" by Attilio Stocchi.

On the same road, gallery Clio Calvi Rudi Volpi exhibited elegant sculptures by Andrea Branzi which explore the various aspects of Eros.
